About the Team
Calgary Prayer Times is a free online service that publishes daily prayer times, a monthly timetable, and mosque information for Calgary, Alberta, Canada. It is run by Muhammad Atif, not by a mosque. He maintains the prayer-time timetable and the mosque directory.
What we do
- Publish the five daily prayer times for Calgary: Fajr, Dhuhr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha.
- Publish a Next 30 Days timetable and monthly timetables for Calgary.
- Keep a directory of mosques and prayer centres in Calgary, with their addresses where we have them.
- Publish short guides about prayer times, Ramadan, and Islamic life in Calgary.
How we work
Prayer times on this site are calculated using the ISNA method, with Fajr at 15 degrees and Isha at 15 degrees, shown in Calgary local time and adjusted for daylight saving time. You can read exactly how the times are calculated on our How Prayer Times Are Calculated page.
We are an independent online service, not a physical mosque in Calgary. For congregational prayer times, including Jumu’ah and Iqama times, please check with the mosque itself, because each mosque sets its own times.
Our focus
Our focus is Calgary only. We do not publish prayer times for other cities or countries.
